Terms of Use — Roast & Rich

By downloading or using Roast & Rich (“the app”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

Erek Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. In-app purchases & subscriptions

• The app offers optional one-time purchases (ad-free lifetime, cosmetics, tips) and auto-renewable subscriptions (Ad-Free Monthly and Yearly).
• Auto-renewal: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; Erek Studio does not process payments.
• Cosmetic items and tips are purely for personalization/support and confer no competitive advantage.

3. Advertising

The free version may display ads via Google AdMob. Purchasing any Ad-Free option removes advertising. Ad personalization is subject to your consent choices (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or exploit the app, its purchases, or its ad system, and do not use it unlawfully.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erek Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
