Squeezly ("we", "the app") respects user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the Squeezly mobile application.
1. Data We Collect
1.1 Files you provide
Files you select for compression — PDFs, images, videos, ZIP archives, and Office documents — are processed only on your device. These files are:
- Never sent to any server.
- Never viewed by us or any third party.
- Stored only at the location you choose, after compression.
1.2 Automatically collected data
- Advertising ID: Google's AdMob service uses your device's advertising ID to show relevant ads.
- Device type and OS version: For anonymous aggregate statistics only.
- In-app usage counters: Daily compression count, total savings — stored only on your device.
1.3 What we do NOT collect
- Your name, email, phone (unless you contact support)
- Location
- Contacts, photos or other personal files outside of those you explicitly choose to compress
- No account registration — we keep no identifying information

When you upgrade to Premium, no ads are loaded and AdMob does not collect data.
3. Data Retention
- Your files: On your device, until you delete them.
- Usage statistics: On your device, deleted when you uninstall the app.
- Premium status: Linked to your Google Play or Apple ID account; subscription history managed by the respective store.
4. Children's Privacy
Squeezly is not directed at users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, KVKK (Turkey) and similar laws:
- Access: All your data is visible in the app's "Settings" section.
- Deletion: Uninstalling the app deletes all local data. You can cancel your subscription via your store account settings.
- Ad personalization: Reset your advertising ID in your device's "Settings > Privacy > Ads".
6. Security
Since your files are never uploaded, network interception is not possible. Premium payments are encrypted via Google Play and Apple App Store infrastructure.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
