By downloading or using the Squeezly mobile application ("the App"), you accept the terms below.

1. Service Description

Squeezly is a mobile application that lets users compress files and clean up storage on their own devices. The App:

• Processes PDFs, images, videos, GIFs, ZIP archives, Office documents and cleanup scans on-device, with no server upload.
• Contains no ads, no analytics, no tracking SDKs, and no account system.
• Offers a free tier (scanning, browsing and previewing files, and a limited Vault) and a Premium tier that unlocks compression, cleanup and deletion, bulk actions, and an unlimited Vault.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer the App.
• Resell or sublicense the App.
• Copy the App's source code.

3. Premium Subscription

3.1 Billing

• Premium is sold via Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
• Payment is charged upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before period end.

3.2 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime via your store account settings (Google Play or Apple ID).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial-period refunds (subject to store refund policy).

3.3 Lifetime purchase

• One-time payment, not a subscription.
• Linked to your Google Play or Apple ID account.
• Use "Restore purchases" with the same account on a new device to regain premium access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Process files containing illegal content.
• Reproduce copyrighted content without authorization.
• Violate third-party rights.

5. Free Tier and No Advertising

The free tier lets you scan your device and browse, preview and see the size of your files, and keep a limited number of items in your Vault. Compression, deletion and cleanup, bulk actions, and an unlimited Vault are Premium features. Squeezly does not show ads and does not use ad networks, analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for file corruption that may occur during compression. We recommend backing up important files before compressing them.
• You are responsible for reviewing cleanup suggestions before confirming deletion.
• Premium payments, subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to the store rules that apply to your purchase.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

8. Termination

Your license terminates if you violate these terms. Premium subscription billing can be cancelled normally as long as no violation has occurred.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul courts.
