Prayer times depend on the calculation method, and mosques in the same city often differ. Open Settings → Calculation method and pick the authority your mosque follows. If it is still off, there is a per-prayer minute adjustment under Settings → Adjustments so you can match your mosque exactly.
On Android, battery optimisation is the usual cause: allow Waqt to run in the background and permit exact alarms in the system settings. On iOS, check that notifications are enabled for Waqt and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not suppressing them. Waqt schedules alerts locally, so this is always a device permission issue rather than a server one.
Check the notification sound setting for Waqt in your system settings, and make sure your device is not in silent mode. The "I'm praying" quiet mode also mutes alerts on purpose while it is active.
Open the Pro screen and use Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you purchased with. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play — you can view or cancel yours in your account settings there, not inside the app.
No to both. Prayer times are computed on your device from a bundled city database, and the app never requests GPS permission. It works with no connection at all.
That is intentional. Waqt shows a fixed bearing for your selected city rather than a live compass, because a live compass would require sensors and permissions the app deliberately avoids. Face the direction shown relative to north.

Android'de en yaygın sebep pil optimizasyonudur: Waqt'ın arka planda çalışmasına ve tam zamanlı alarm kurmasına izin verin. iOS'ta bildirimlerin açık olduğundan ve Odak / Rahatsız Etme modunun bastırmadığından emin olun. Waqt bildirimleri cihazda kurar, yani bu her zaman bir izin meselesidir.
Sistem ayarlarından Waqt'ın bildirim sesini ve cihazın sessiz modda olmadığını kontrol edin. "Namazdayım" sessizlik modu da açıkken bildirimleri bilerek susturur.
