By using SYNC you agree to what is written here. If you do not, do not use the app.
What SYNC is
Seven questions a day. You answer, you predict what everybody else answered, and at 21:00 in your region the real percentages are revealed. The percentages describe the people who chose to answer that day. They are not a survey, not a poll of any population, and nothing in the app should be read as a statement of fact about the world.
Your answers
Answers cannot be changed once locked — that constraint is what makes the numbers mean anything. Individual answers are never published; only aggregate percentages are. What SYNC stores and what it never shows is set out in the Privacy Policy.
How you may behave
Duo and Rooms let you exchange answers with people you invite. Do not use them to harass anyone, to share another person's private information, or to send anything unlawful. Do not try to manipulate the daily percentages, automate answering, or access the app other than through the app itself.
Subscriptions and purchases
SYNC is free to use. Optional paid features are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- SYNC Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly and yearly. The price is the one shown to you on the purchase screen in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings at any time after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Non-subscription purchases, such as question packs, are one-time and do not renew.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by Erek Studio.
Advertising
Some optional features can be unlocked by watching an ad instead of paying. Ads are served by Google AdMob. Where the law requires it you are asked for consent first.
Availability
SYNC depends on a server. It may be unavailable, and features may change or be withdrawn. The app is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be waived.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and delete everything with Delete account in Settings. Access may be withdrawn from anyone who breaks these terms.

SYNC nedir

Cevapların
Kilitlenen cevap değiştirilemez — sayıların bir anlam taşımasını sağlayan şey bu kısıttır. Tek tek cevaplar hiç yayınlanmaz, yalnızca toplu yüzdeler yayınlanır. Nelerin saklandığı ve nelerin asla gösterilmediği Gizlilik Politikası'nda yazılıdır.
Davranış
İkili ve Odalar, davet ettiğin kişilerle cevap alışverişi yapmanı sağlar. Bunları kimseyi taciz etmek, başkasının özel bilgisini paylaşmak veya hukuka aykırı bir şey göndermek için kullanma. Günlük yüzdeleri manipüle etmeye, cevaplamayı otomatikleştirmeye veya uygulamaya uygulama dışından erişmeye çalışma.
Abonelikler ve satın almalar
SYNC ücretsizdir. İsteğe bağlı ücretli özellikler Apple App Store ve Google Play üzerinden satılır.
- SYNC Premium otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir; aylık ve yıllık sunulur. Fiyat, satın alma ekranında kendi para biriminde sana gösterilen fiyattır.
- Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında App Store veya Google Play hesabından tahsil edilir.
- Otomatik yenilenir; mevcut dönemin bitişinden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmazsa dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde yeniden tahsil edilir.
- Aboneliği satın aldıktan sonra istediğin an mağaza hesabı ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğu durumda, abonelik satın alındığında denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı geçersiz olur.
- Abonelik dışı satın almalar, örneğin soru paketleri, tek seferliktir ve yenilenmez.
İadeler Erek Studio tarafından değil, Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yürütülür.
Reklamlar
Bazı isteğe bağlı özellikler ödeme yerine reklam izleyerek açılabilir. Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur. Yasanın gerektirdiği yerlerde önce rızan sorulur.
Erişilebilirlik
SYNC bir sunucuya bağlıdır. Erişilemeyebilir, özellikler değişebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Uygulama olduğu gibi sunulur; kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağına dair bir garanti verilmez. Buradaki hiçbir ifade, ülkenin tüketici hukukunda feragat edilemeyen haklarını sınırlamaz.
Bitirmek
İstediğin an bırakabilir ve Ayarlar'daki Hesabı sil ile her şeyi silebilirsin. Bu şartları ihlal edenlerin erişimi kaldırılabilir.
