Tell us your device, the level number in the corner of the screen, and what you saw. The level number is enough for us to load the exact board you were playing.
How the game works
Touch one pofu. Every pofu of the same colour that it is standing against goes with it, corners included — then everything above the gap falls, so the order you touch in decides the board. There are no words anywhere in the game: the rules are drawn behind the i at the top of the screen, one page per kind of pofu on the board in front of you.
My progress is gone
Progress is stored on the device and is not linked to any account, so it does not survive deleting the app or moving to a new phone. There is no way for us to restore it from our side — we hold nothing about you.
A level looks impossible
Every one of the three hundred boards is stored with a solution that the test suite replays through the rules the game actually runs, so each board can be finished. If one looks stuck, the order is usually the answer: taking a group early can drop a colour somewhere nothing reaches. The retry arrow costs nothing.
Ads
An ad appears between levels every so often, and never while you are playing a board. The video offers beside the board — another blast, your last touch back, one hazard removed, or carrying on after your touches run out — are always optional, and no level needs them. If no video is ready, or you are offline, those buttons are simply not shown.
