I am stuck on a level. Is it actually solvable?

Yes. Every one of the 500 levels was solved by the game's own solver before shipping, and a build where any level fails that check does not go out. If a board looks impossible it has a solution you have not found yet — the hint and the undo exist for exactly that moment.

I paid for Remove Ads but I still see ads

Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. That re-asks the store whether your account owns it. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with — the purchase follows the account, not the phone.

I changed phones and my progress is gone

Verithe has no accounts and no cloud save, so progress lives on the device and does not travel. Your purchase does travel: restore it with the button above. We cannot recover a lost save, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise.

How do I get off the leaderboard?

Settings → Reset my data. It deletes your row from the ranking server and clears the local save in the same step. If the server cannot be reached, nothing is deleted at all and the game says so — a half deletion that leaves your name on a public board is worse than none. Your purchase is not affected either way. It cannot be undone.

Someone’s nickname is offensive

Tap the small flag on their row, or press and hold it. That reports the name for review and hides it on your device straight away, whether or not you have a connection.

My leaderboard row stopped updating

Two likely reasons. Either the device was offline when the game last tried — it retries the next time you finish a level, so play one more and it should catch up — or the row was frozen for a score jump the server judged impossible. A frozen row stops appearing on the board and keeps all of your progress. If you think a freeze was wrong, write to us with your nickname.

Can I change my nickname?

Yes, in Settings. The leaderboard row updates on your next completed level.

How do I turn off the anonymous statistics?

Settings → Share anonymous stats. It is a plain switch, no consequences for turning it off. What those events contain is spelled out in the privacy policy.

Ads and privacy choices in Europe

Settings → Privacy options reopens the consent form. It only appears where the rules require it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by Apple and Google, not by us — use Report a Problem on the App Store or the refund form in Google Play. Tell us as well if something went wrong; we can often explain what happened even when we cannot reverse it.
