Verithe · Erek Studio

Short version: Play the game, keep your account to yourself, do not cheat the leaderboard. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, tied to your store account, restorable on your devices. Refunds go through Apple or Google, not through us.

These terms cover Verithe: Planet Sort Puzzle for iOS and Android, published by Erek Studio (Mustafa Erek, sole proprietorship, Türkiye). Installing or playing the game means you accept them. Last updated 12 August 2026.

1. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Verithe on devices you own or control. You may not resell it, redistribute it, decompile it, or ship a modified build. The game, its levels, its art, and its name remain ours.

2. No account, no recovery

Verithe has no sign-in. Your progress is stored on your device, which has an honest consequence: if you delete the app, change phone, or wipe your device, that progress is gone and we cannot restore it. Purchases are the exception — see section 4.

3. The Galaxy Ranking

The leaderboard is a shared space. When you take part:

Choose a nickname that is not abusive, not impersonating someone, and not a real person's private information. We may rename or remove a row that breaks this.
Do not submit scores you did not earn. The server checks every submission for physically impossible jumps. A row that fails those checks is frozen: it stops appearing in the ranking, but your local progress and your purchases are untouched. Cheating costs you the leaderboard, not the game.
The ranking is offered as-is. We may reset it, change how it is scored, or retire it if running it stops being viable.

4. Remove Ads

Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and nothing recurring. It permanently removes the full-screen ads that appear between levels, and adds the supporter mark on the leaderboard. The optional rewarded ads remain — those are the ones you choose to watch in exchange for a hint or an undo, and removing them would take away a way of earning rather than an interruption.

It is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to your device. Use Restore Purchases in Settings on a new device.
Prices are set per country by the store and may change; you are only charged the price you were shown at the moment of purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot issue, reverse, or expedite a store refund. Write to us anyway if something went wrong — we can usually tell you what happened.

5. Advertising in the free version

The free version is paid for by ads. Rewarded ads are always optional, and nothing about level progress is behind one: every in-game reward they offer — a hint, an undo refill, an escape pod — can also be bought with stardust you earn by playing. If a rewarded ad fails to load, the reward is not granted, but the stardust route is still open, so a failed ad costs you nothing you could not get another way.

One thing works differently, and it is not a level reward: the full Galaxy Ranking. Your own rank is always visible for free. Seeing the rest of the board is opened either by watching one ad, which opens it for 24 hours, or by buying Remove Ads, which opens it permanently. There is no stardust route to it, which is why it is named here rather than left to the sentence above.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the ranking server, reverse-engineer the request signing, automate play, or interfere with other players' use of the game.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the game and its ranking running, but neither is guaranteed to be available without interruption. Levels, balance, rewards, and prices may change between versions. If a change removes something you paid for, that is a bug — report it and we will fix it.

8. Warranty and liability

The game is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to Verithe is limited to what you actually paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country's mandatory consumer law.
